What work, changes or additions on my property constitutes the need for approval by the Silver Oaks Homeowners Association?

Any changes listed but not limited to the following constitutes the need for approval by the Silver Oaks Homeowners Association: Arbors, Driveways, Garages, Gazebos, Landscaping, Patios, Playground Equipment(including playsets and trampolines), Ponds, Pools, Room Additions, Sidewalks, and Siding.
