If you are a Silver Oaks homeowner and believe another homeowner is violating the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, follow the steps outlined here:
Step 1: Fill out the form below. You must identify the complaint, the address of the violation, and the name and address of the complainant. Anonymous submissions are not allowed. We will not share your name or address with anyone outside of Mulloy Properties and the HOA board.
Step 2: Click submit to send the completed form electronically to Mulloy Properties.
Step 3: The board will consider the complaint and, if valid, work with the non-compliant homeowner to rectify the situation. If the complaint is invalid or more information is required we will will contact you.
